Quality Control Engineer Civil -Bhusawal (M.H.)

Candidate required for BHUSAWAL Railway Project

1. Review Quality Control Plans with client and ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans.

2. Verification and certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out and ensure their orderly collection and management.

3. Conducting various Quality Control tests at site laboratory and maintaining lab records in a proper way.

4. Design of Mix Design of various grades and conducting of concrete Trial mixes as per standard IS Codes.

5. Sound knowledge about Various IS Codes.

6. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

7. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

8. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards

9. Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan

10. Complete and coordinate the approval of the site's QC technical submittals to the customer

11. Knowledge on QA/ QC procedures of Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) and self-supported roofing systems.

12. Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.

13. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

14. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.

15. Conduct various inspection activities like Sieve Analysis, Soil Compaction test, Moisture content of Various Raw Materials, Concrete Slump, Concrete Compression etc.
