Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day facade installation, manage material delivery, coordinate with other trades (MEP, Civil) for smooth integration.
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate facade systems seamlessly.
Inspect workmanship, ensure adherence to specifications (BOQ, drawings, safety), monitor material quality, and manage snagging lists.
Act as a liaison between architects, consultants and site teams; clarify site instructions; prepare reports (daily, material).
Compile data for RA bills (Material DC, MIR, MTC), check contractor bills, maintain records, and manage approvals.
Address technical challenges, identify Non-BOQ items, and implement approved methodologies

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with BE / BTech with relevant experience in faade installation in high rise buildings preferred
