Car Driver

As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and premium transportation services.

Role & responsibilities

1. Safe and Courteous Driving: Operate vehicles with the utmost care, ensuring the safety of passengers and adhering to all traffic regulations and laws. Maintain professionalism.
2. Client Service: Offer a personalized and hospitable experience to clients, greeting them with a warm demeanor, opening doors, and assisting with luggage. Strive to exceed customer expectations and handle any special requests gracefully.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
4. Route Planning: Familiarize yourself with the best routes and alternate options to avoid traffic and delays, ensuring a smooth and timely journey.
5. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding information and conversations during journeys.
6. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills
7. Flexibility: Be adaptable to varying schedules
8. Safety and Security: Take measures to ensure the safety and security of passengers, such as locking doors while driving and being vigilant during stops.
9. Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a well-groomed and professional manner, wearing appropriate attire and adhering to company dress code standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Proven experience as a professional driver
• Married professionals preferred for the role
• Karnataka based folks preferred, native Bangaloreans will have an advantage
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
• Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications for route planning.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• A high level of responsibility and dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
• Knowledge of Kannada, English and Hindi
