Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer located in Bhopal. The Site Supervisor cum Billing Engineer will oversee the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing on-site workers, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and preparing billing and cost estimates. The role requires hands-on supervision and meticulous attention to detail to maintain project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction management and site supervision
• Proficiency in preparing billing, cost estimates, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Experience with safety regulations and quality control in construction projects
• Relevant software skills, including Auto CAD, excel and MS Office and construction management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry is preferred
