Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Construction Project Manager, your role involves overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed successfully and on time. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Oversight:** Monitoring construction progress, ensuring work adheres to project plans, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule. - **Team Management:** Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance and attendance. - **Safety and Quality Control:** Enforcing safety regulations and site safety protocols, conducting site inspections to identify hazards, and ensuring the quality of work meets standards. - **Coordination and Communication:** Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, and serving as a liaison between senior management and the on-site team. - **Reporting and Documentation:** Preparing and maintaining site reports, documenting project progress, safety issues, and any incidents. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience as a site supervisor for at least 3 years (Preferred). - Experience in civil construction for at least 3 years (Preferred). - Experience in daily site visits for at least 3 years (Preferred).
