Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Kerala and Tamilnadu.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Oversight:

Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site activities.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues.

Implement corrective actions to address any challenges.

Team Management:

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure clear communication within the team.

Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Quality Control:

Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.

Identify and rectify any defects.

Maintain accurate records of all construction activities.

Material Management:

Order and manage the procurement of construction materials.

Maintain inventory of materials on-site.

Ensure the timely delivery and proper storage of materials.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.

Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety measures.

Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skill.

Valid Driver's license.

Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil and English.
