Location: Old Dhamtari Road, Chhattisgarh
Position: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 5–7 years in residential and commercial construction projects
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
Gender Preference: Male/Female (as per company policy)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at residential and commercial project sites. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with labor and contractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and material resources

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Communicate updates, progress reports, and issues to senior management
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities

3. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents and hazards

4. Material & Resource Management

• Track material usage, inventory, and procurement
• Ensure availability of resources to prevent project delays

5. Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, progress charts, and attendance records
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project reports

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential and commercial construction projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve on-site issues promptly
• Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with construction tools, machinery, and site safety protocols
• Ability to work in remote or on-site conditions
