Site Supervisor

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are inviting applications for the position of Site Supervisor on a contract basis for our ongoing works at NALCO Damanjodi. The engagement will be for a period of 2 to 3 months, with a focus on ensuring smooth site operations and compliance with refinery norms.

Position: Site Supervisor (Contract Basis)

Location: NALCO Damanjodi.

Duration: 2 to 3 months

Duty Hours: 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break)

Monthly Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 18,000 (based on experience and qualification)

Languages Required: Hindi, English & Odia (basic communication)

Scope of Work:

1. Site Supervision:

•* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities.*

•* Ensure timely execution of work as per the schedule.*

•* Liaise with subcontractors, labor, and site engineers.*

2. Gate Pass & Entry Coordination:

•* Preparation and renewal of gate passes for all site personnel.*

•* Coordination with NALCO security and administration.*

3. Safety Supervision:

•* Ensure compliance with all CPCL HSE guidelines.*

•* Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce PPE usage.*

•* Coordinate with NALCO safety officers during audits/inspections.*

4. Documentation:

•* Maintain site records including daily progress reports, manpower deployment, and work permits.*

•* Assist in material receipt documentation and maintain registers.*

5. Measurement & Billing Support:

•* Assist in taking joint measurements with NALCO representatives.*

•* Record and verify quantities for RA bill preparation.*

Qualification & Experience:

•* Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.*

•* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in PSU/refinery environments.*

•* Knowledge of NALCO procedures is an added advantage.*
