Site Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting goals for performance and deadlines that align with the company's plans and vision. You will need to effectively communicate these goals to your team members and ensure that they understand their duties and tasks. Monitoring employee productivity, providing constructive feedback, and coaching are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be required to handle complaints, resolve problems, maintain timekeeping and personnel records, and act as a liaison between upper management and employees. Preparing and submitting performance reports, making decisions on rewards and promotions based on performance, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies are key responsibilities. You may also need to undertake disciplinary actions when necessary. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role. Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines in the field is crucial. The ability to learn various job descriptions, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities are necessary. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are desired qualities. A Diploma/Certificate in first-line management or a related field is required, while a high school diploma is mandatory. A BSc/BA in management or a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
