Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the painting sites, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Tasks include coordinating with team leaders and workers, managing resources, maintaining safety standards, conducting quality inspections, and communicating with clients about project progress and requirements.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management
• Strong leadership abilities to coordinate and guide on-site teams
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the construction and painting industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site issues promptly
• Experience in construction or painting industry is preferred
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
