Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing laborers and subcontractors, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and maintaining safety standards. The role includes coordinating with engineers, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with Site Supervision, Project Management, and Coordination
• Knowledge of Safety Standards, Building Codes, and Construction Methods
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage laborers and subcontractors efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• Experience in residential and industrial projects is an advantage
