Project Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams: HVAC, mechanical, instrumentation, civil, and utility engineers to ensure synchronized execution. Track project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Manage site manpower, contractors, material handling, and vendor coordination. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily and weekly progress reports, red-mark drawings, and site logbooks. Prepare as-built drawings and commissioning reports. Support in preparing handover documentation and participate in client audits. 5. Client and Stakeholder Management Liaise with consultants, clients, and international project managers to resolve site issues and align with technical expectations. Participate in site meetings and provide accurate updates on project status. Key Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of pharma-grade electrical systems and cleanroom integration. Proficiency in electrical drawings, SLDs, P&IDs, and BMS interface layouts. Strong understanding of international electrical codes and pharma compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and team leadership skills. Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and documentation for regulatory audits. Experience Required: 710 years of core experience in electrical site engineering for industrial projects Must have executed at least 2 international pharmaceutical projects
