Required Civil Site Engineer For Industrial Structure (Sangli, Maharashtra)

Job Summary:

Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution:

  Manage and supervise civil works at the project site including planning, scheduling, execution, and quality control.

• Earthworks & Backfilling:

  Supervise excavation of soil and hard rock, disposal of excavated material, and backfilling using soil and aggregates as per design specifications.

• Concrete & RCC Works:

  Oversee execution of all concrete works including plain cement concrete (PCC), reinforced cement concrete (RCC), columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, etc.

• VDF Flooring:

  Plan and execute VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) works, including tremix concrete finishing to meet industrial flooring standards.

• Formwork & Shuttering:

  Coordinate formwork activities, including staging and casting of multi-level slabs, profiled sections, sloped surfaces, and roof projections.

• Reinforcement Steel Work:

  Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), ensure consultant approvals, and supervise accurate steel fixing as per structural drawings.

• Masonry Works:

  Execute masonry works such as size stone masonry for foundations, plinths, retaining walls, and cable trenches.

• Grouting Works:

  Supervise grouting under base plates of machinery, steel structures, and pipe supports; includes surface preparation, placement, and curing.

• Anchor Bolt Fixing:

  Install anchor bolts with precision using double nuts, washers, threading, welding of anchor channels, and alignment using templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in industrial/civil construction
• Proficient in reading structural drawings and execution as per GFC drawings
• Good knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control
• Ability to coordinate with Clients/Customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers and Labour
• Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Willingness to be stationed full-time at the project site in Vita, Sangli

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in factory or industrial infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of IS codes and BIS standards related to civil construction
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
