Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should handle various types of Civil project executions.
Ensures the achievement of assigned goals and the accomplishment of the project quality requirements, contractual obligations and Company HSE commitments.
Defines the civil list of activities, list of deliverables and their dates of issue under contract requirements and schedules.
Issues the civil design philosophies and update applicable general specifications.
Prepares and performs civil design reviews.
Attends inter-discipline design reviews and coordination meetings.
Manages and is the technical reference for civil works engineers, designers and draftsmen.
Controls and signs all civil deliverables.
Controls and manages subcontracted activities.
Reports to project PEM and to the civil head of the department whenever required.
Calculates and monitors performance indicators.
Coordinates with other discipline specialists and obtains input necessary to perform the civil designs.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge and experience in multiple projects management to developing and executing Contracts.
Financial management and budgeting skills.
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Issues the REX feedback dossier at the end of the project engineering phases.
Attending new projects, existing projects expanding works.
To maintain and enhance the quality of construction work through systematic inspection, testing and compliance with standards.
Training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.
Proper manpower utilization as per site works conditions.
Reviewing DPRs, DPLs and MIS Rep.
