The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties include site supervision, coordinating with various teams, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, and providing regular updates to project managers. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience Effective Communication skills Experience in conducting inspections Knowledge of Construction Safety standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus
