1. Supervise and execute HVAC installation work as per design drawings and project specifications.
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Manage site activities including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
4. Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and tools at the site.
5. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
6. Support testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
7. Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and daily work logs.
8. Identify and resolve technical issues and report deviations to the Project Manager.
9. Assist in quantity estimation and material reconciliation for ongoing projects.
10. Required Qualifications and Skills:
11. Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
13. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and installation procedures.
14. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
15. Good communication and team coordination skills.
16. Knowledge of project planning, material handling, and safety protocols.
17. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic AutoCAD
