Site Supervisor – Job Role

1. Job Purpose
To oversee on-site installation, assembly, and finishing of furniture projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per design specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Site Coordination – Supervise installation teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Quality Control – Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishes to match design and client requirements.
• Project Scheduling – Coordinate with the production unit, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Technical Supervision – Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications.
• Safety Compliance – Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain a hazard-free site.
• Client Interaction – Address client queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Material Handling – Verify material deliveries, track usage, and prevent wastage.
• Problem Solving – Resolve on-site issues, defects, or deviations from design promptly.
• Documentation – Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.

3. Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Design, Civil, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in furniture installation or interior fit-outs.
• Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture systems, and finishing techniques.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

4. Work Environment

• Primarily site-based (client locations, offices, showrooms).
• Requires travel between sites.
• May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi, English (Preferred)
