Site Storekeeper

We are lookig for an experienced Site Storekeeper who will be responsible for managing materials, inventory, and stock records at the site.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward material.
• Ensure safe storage, labeling, and proper stacking of materials at the site.
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, or contractors as per approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely reordering.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Prevent material damage, loss, or theft and ensure proper security.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and site teams regarding material status.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a site storekeeper in construction/real estate projects.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials (civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing items).
• Ability to maintain stock records manually and/or using Excel/software.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Should be located in Siliguri.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
