Site Shift Officer

As a Site Shift Officer, your role involves ensuring the implementation of safety procedures and processes in the fields during your shift, including workplace safety and incident reporting as per Reliance standards. You will act as Incident command control until the arrival of the next senior personnel as per the defined ERCP management process. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing security systems and leading the shift security team in controlling plant premises. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with the following: - Shift Incharge logbook - Operator field round Logsheet (identified Parameter) - Alarm Register - Instruction Book - Lead daily rakeup along with Lead Operation - Systematic HOTO - SOP/SMP/Checklist - Coordinate with disciplines to ensure the availability of the right quality/quantity of Raw Material/Heating media - Manage dispatches of CBG/FOM/Digestate during your shift as per the plan and align all disciplines - Oversee raw material/finished product inventory management and reconciliation - Monitor and troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment conditions for smooth plant operation - Lead the speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown and report failures for RCA and improvement - Control flare loss through effective planning and timely actions - Identify training and development needs of panel and field operators and arrange programs for skill improvement - Reduce cycle time for RM inward and product out vehicles - Reduce HOTO time for maintenance Qualifications Required: - Diploma Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with good and consistent academic records Experience Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Shift Engineer with experience in managing a team in current/prior assignments As a Site Shift Officer, you should possess problem-solving and analytical abilities, people management skills, planning and decision-making skills, good communication skills, team work, leadership skills, and technical expertise.,
