Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety procedures and processes, workplace safety, and management in the fields during your shift. It is essential to report incidents according to Reliance standards and act as the Incident command control until the arrival of the next senior personnel as per the defined ERCP management process. Additionally, you will lead the shift security team in controlling the plant premises and overseeing the implementation of security systems. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the establishment and follow-up on compliances by the LSTK partner regarding various logs and registers such as the Shift Incharge logbook, Operator field round Logsheet, Alarm Register, Instruction Book, and more. - Lead the daily rakeup along with Lead Operation and ensure systematic HOTO, SOP/SMP/Checklist adherence. - Coordinate with respective disciplines to ensure the availability of the right quality/quantity of Raw Material/Heating media and manage dispatches of CBG/FOM/Digestate during your shift as per the plan. - Manage raw material/finished product inventory and reconciliation, monitor & troubleshoot process parameters, and equipment condition for smooth plant operation. - Lead the speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown, report failures, and share learnings from incidents with the shift team. - Control flare loss through effective planning, highlight exceptions affecting product quality, and follow up with maintenance departments for planned/unplanned maintenance activities. - Conduct improvement trials, identify training needs, arrange programs for improving skills and knowledge of shift crew, and focus on reducing cycle time for RM inward and Product out vehicles. Qualifications Required: - Diploma Degree in Chemical/Mechanical with good and consistent academic records. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Shift Engineer for Diploma holders, with experience in managing a team in current/prior assignments.
