Job Description

The Site Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of parking management systems at client sites. The role ensures smooth operation of equipment and provides timely technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission parking systems and related hardware
Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks at sites
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
Repair or replace faulty components such as barriers, sensors, controllers, and terminals
Respond to breakdown calls and resolve issues within defined timelines
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues
Maintain service reports and documentation of work performed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Communicate professionally with clients and site representatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electronics, and networking
Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Willingness to travel to different sites and work in shifts if required
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Experience

03 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support
