About the Role

The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence through effective management and integration of modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions using modern tech stacks
• Hands-on development and integration using SRE practices
• Manage Dynatrace Dashboards, Alerts, Davis AI, DQL, and automation workflows
• Oversee incident/change management and ensure service reliability
• Supervise and mentor global teams, including offshore resources
• Engage with senior stakeholders and drive delivery excellence

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in IT services
• 2+ years as a Service Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and/or SAFe
• Experience in top-tier consulting environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Cloud certification or equivalent experience preferred

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and service delivery
• Proficiency in managing and integrating modern tech stacks
• Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace and SRE practices
• Familiarity with incident/change management processes
