Site Reliability Technical Services Manager

As the Service Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence by effectively managing and integrating modern tech stacks. Your role will involve hands-on development and integration using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, managing Dynatrace Dashboards, Alerts, Davis AI, DQL, and automation workflows. Additionally, you will oversee incident/change management processes to ensure service reliability, supervise and mentor global teams, including offshore resources, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive delivery excellence. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 2 years of experience as a Service Delivery Lead. A strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies is required, along with experience in top-tier consulting environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, and a cloud certification or equivalent experience is preferred. Your required skills will include a strong understanding of cloud technologies and service delivery, proficiency in managing and integrating modern tech stacks, and the ability to lead and mentor diverse teams. Preferred skills for this role include experience with Dynatrace and SRE practices, as well as familiarity with incident/change management processes.
