Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer – Resiliency Focus Experience:

Key Areas of Expertise Required:

Fault Tolerance:
Systems should function despite component failures (e.g., redundant servers, fallback mechanisms)
Graceful Degradation:
Systems should reduce functionality/performance instead of failing completely
Auto-Recovery:
Self-healing infrastructure, auto-scaling capabilities
Redundancy:
Implementation of backups and failovers (e.g., multi-region deployments)
Monitoring & Alerting:
Ability to detect and act on issues proactively
Chaos Engineering:
Simulate failures to test resiliency strategies
Disaster Recovery:
Experience with planning and executing RTO/RPO strategies
