Site Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and site contractors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure the

  timely delivery

  of projects, ensuring they are within scope, quality standards, and budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives with technical input and resource planning.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes in timelines and scope, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project status reports and documentation for upper management.
• Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and oversee the on-site teams.
• Conduct risk management activities to minimize potential project risks and delays.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including

  BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

  , schedules, and approvals.
• Evaluate project performance using

  project management systems

  and techniques.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Take ownership of new project assignments to support company objectives.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in

  Mechanical

  ,

  Electrical

  , or

  Electronics Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years of experience in

  solar plant project management

  .

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  solar EPC execution

  , procurement, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

  project management tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  AutoCAD

  (preferred but not mandatory).

• Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently and stay at project locations during the execution phases.
