Site Payment Analyst I

As a Budget Template Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately set up budget templates based on fully executed contractual agreements. You will be required to make complete updates to the budget template as needed, following quality control or amendment requests. It is essential to ensure that all relevant documentation is included in the ticket request for tracking purposes. A thorough understanding of Parexel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operational Guidelines, and Work Instructions procedures is crucial for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess proficient interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to proactively identify and solve problems, along with a strong customer focus and professional interaction skills, is highly valued. A patient, quality-driven, and client-focused approach to work is essential. You must have the capacity to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm, prioritize workload with attention to detail, and demonstrate effective time management to meet daily metrics. Proficiency in using MS Excel for spreadsheet analysis is a must, along with expertise in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
