Role & responsibilities 1. Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations. 2. Co-ordinate with Chief Engineer for site related issues regarding resources and drawings, materials etc. 3. Hold a Project completion review before the Project team is dispersed, to define the causes and lessons of the Project successes and problems. 4. Develop the management structure, define responsibilities, lines of communication, reporting and authorization procedures between the parties until completion of the Project and communicate these to every party. 5. Project Manager is responsible to handle the construction activities on the site and Manage timely completion of the same. 6. Managing on-site construction personnel and skill in attending conciliation meetings with trade unions if necessary. 7. As the Contracts Manager, you will provide support to sales team 8. He should be detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader. 9. Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with clients engineers and Architects, meetings with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with Manager (Inventory and Logistics). 10. Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and worker coordination. 11.
