Technical Skills

• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare

• Experience in

  site execution

  , supervision, and quality control for steel roofing projects.
• Understanding of

  building codes

  , IS standards and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of

  load calculations

  , wind load, and basic structural analysis.
• Familiarity with

  roof slope design

  , drainage planning, flashing details, and leak-proofing methods.
• Experience with

  material estimation

  , BOQ preparation, and checking quantities.
• Ability to coordinate with

  fabrication teams

  , contractors, and project managers.

Site & Project Management Skills

• Strong

  site monitoring

  , manpower handling, and daily progress reporting.
• Ability to ensure

  timely material delivery

  , work scheduling, and workflow planning.
• Vendor and contractor coordination for smooth project execution.
• Knowledge of

  safety procedures

  , risk assessment, and compliance on construction sites.
• Problem-solving skills for on-site issues such as alignment, leveling, leaks, and structural mismatches.
  

Quality & Compliance

• Ability to conduct

  quality checks

  on steel sheets, structural members, fasteners, and installation work.
• Ensuring adherence to
