Civil Engineer Supervisor Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Bangalore

: Government Projects Only About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for government infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in Civil, MEP, and Interior works, along with excellent coordination and supervision capabilities. This role requires hands-on site management, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient execution as per project plans.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor day-to-day progress and report updates to the project manager.

Ensure implementation of Civil, MEP, and Interior works with high accuracy and quality.

Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications.

Ensure compliance with government guidelines, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.

Identify and resolve technical issues or site-related challenges.

Coordination & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams for timely material availability.

Facilitate site audits and inspections as required by government authorities.

Team Management

Manage and guide site workers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Ensure workforce productivity and adherence to timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of site execution and supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Interior works.

Prior experience in Government projects is mandatory.

Excellent understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work methodologies.

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project discipline.
