Site Material Control Executive

🏗️ Job Title: Site Material Control Executive / Material Efficiency Coordinator 📍 Location: Work from Office + Site Visits (Hyderabad & Surrounding Areas) 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance) 🎯 Objective: We are looking for a dedicated and smart professional who can monitor, control, and reduce material wastage across all our construction sites. Your primary goal is to ensure cost savings of ₹1–5 lakhs cumulatively by tracking and optimizing material usage like cement, steel, sand, and other construction materials. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Track daily material requests and usage from all project sites. Identify excess or unused materials and ensure timely reallocation or return. Compare estimated vs actual material consumption and highlight variances. Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to implement material control measures. Maintain daily reports and send regular updates to management. Create systems that minimize wastage and improve material accountability. 🧠 Requirements: Minimum 2 year experience in construction, site coordination, or material management. Strong knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills with site staff. Must be proactive and result-oriented — target-driven to save company costs. 🕐 Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office + Field Visits)
