• Managing staff on site
• Managing equipment on location
• Endeavouring to continuously improve his/her own performance and that of the whole Project team
  Managing staff on site
• Acting as a Sarens ambassador to (potential) customers, suppliers, other parties and to Sarens staff

• Visiting the construction site
• Drawing up a planning of work activities including the efficient allocation of people and equipment, which stays within budget
• Checking that the work to be performed is feasible.

• Responsible for all on-site activities related to hoisting, moving and transport
• Responsible for proper coordination and supervising the performance of the work on location
• Responsible for management of the on-location material
• Checking the work to be performed with all staff and contracted staff on location every day
• Monitoring the progress of the work; ensuring that the work is performed in line with the project planning, registering anticipated deviations to the planning and engaging preventive/corrective measures in consultation with the Project Manager
• Holding kick-off meetings at the start of a projectPerforming a final project evaluation with the Project Manager, Projects Manager and/or Operations Manager

Project administration

• Registering, in writing, the daily work progress
• Responsible for providing the required information for invoicing the contract variations

• Conducting work and evaluation discussions with the customer
• First point of contact for the customer on site with respect to the execution of the work
  Attending (construction/plant) meetings

• Observing, and ensuring other observe, laws and regulations as well as rules and instructions in respect of health, safety, the environment and quality
• Identifying risks with regard to health, safety, the environment and quality, informing the HSEQ Manager of the risks and introducing corrective/preventive measures or ordering such to be done
• Taking courses concerning these issues that are offered by the employer
• Using work equipment and hazardous substances in the proper manner
• Using, maintaining and storing personal protective equipment in the proper manner
• Performing all activities in accordance with the process descriptions in the HSEQ Management System.
