Job Summary

The Occupational Health Center Site Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the on-site occupational health center, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and coordination between clinical staff, employees, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the occupational health center
• Manage scheduling and coordination of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for site-level occupational health matters
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, and leadership teams
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Relevant occupational health or safety certifications preferred

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in occupational health center operations or healthcare site management
• Strong operational, coordination, and people management skills
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
