Position Overview:

Connect and Heal (CNH Care) is seeking dedicated and compassionate MD Physicians (Internal Medicine) to join our Medical Governance Department.

This is an exciting opportunity that blends clinical leadership with operational oversight in a rapidly growing telemedicine and hybrid care model. You will manage OPD consultations in a clinic setup and lead our in-house GP team, ensuring quality care delivery and adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct OPD consultations at CNH Care's clinic.
✅ Supervise OPD consultations and train the in-house GP doctors' team.✅ Conduct and oversee remote video consultations and in-clinic evaluations.
✅ Review and assess medical reports, diagnostics, and patient histories.
✅ Audit teleconsultation calls for quality assurance and clinical compliance.
✅ Train and mentor doctors on best practices in virtual consultation.
✅ Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance across operations.
✅ Stay current with medical advancements and updated clinical protocols.
✅ Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
✅ Lead and manage the Medical Governance Department effectively.

Requirements:

Education:

• MBBS with MD or DNB in Internal or General Medicine from a recognized institution.

Registration:

• Valid State Medical Council registration is mandatory.

Experience:

• Clinical practice experience, preferably in corporate or telehealth settings.
• Proven experience in managing medical teams and operational workflows.
• Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and digital consultation tools.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) with MD/DNB and valid registration.
Prior experience using telemedicine platforms or digital healthcare solutions.
