Job Summary

The Site In-Charge will be responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and execution of construction activities at the site. This role ensures work is carried out as per drawings, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, labor management, and material usage.
• Implement work schedules and allocate tasks to site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Maintain records of attendance, material stock, work progress, and site reports.
• Enforce safety measures and housekeeping at site as per company policy.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate to management when required.
• Ensure cost control and prevent material/labor wastage.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and management.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
