Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasai Virar for a Site Head. The Site Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing site staff, coordinating with developers, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing and sales strategies. Duties will also include maintaining strong client relationships, addressing any site-specific issues, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Experience in real estate marketing and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address site-specific issues
• Proficiency in using real estate management and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury real estate market is a plus
