Site Head - Luxury Real Estate Developers Mumbai & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site execution for luxury high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure timely delivery with premium quality standards. • Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Maintain quality control, safety, and statutory/RERA compliance. • Plan daily tasks, materials, resources, and site logistics. • Track project milestones, budgets, and vendor performance. • Resolve on-site issues and ensure execution without rework. • Manage engineers, supervisors, safety, and QA/QC teams. • Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to senior management.
