Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily construction activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage billing documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil/site execution, with a strong understanding of billing processes and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure work is progressing according to plan.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for timely completion.
Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly followed.

Billing & Documentation:

Prepare and verify daily progress reports (DPR).
Take measurements on-site and prepare contractor/vendor bills.
Coordinate with the billing engineer/office team to ensure timely submission and approval of bills.
Maintain proper records of labour and material usage.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and rectify quality issues.
Maintain quality checklists and documentation for audits.
Coordinate with the quality engineer for lab testing and approvals.

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of civil/site execution and construction methods.
Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings and BOQ.

Basic understanding of billing software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle a team and maintain discipline on site.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred:

Prior experience in residential/commercial / industrial construction
Familiarity with construction billing software (e.g., ERP, Excel-based formats).
