Site Engineers

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring it adheres to the project plan, specifications, and schedule. This includes managing the site, supervising contractors and subcontractors, and monitoring project progress to report updates to the project manager. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documentation. You will provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team, as well as identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise. In terms of coordination and communication, you will be liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Collaboration with the project manager, architects, and other team members will be essential. You are expected to maintain clear communication channels and document project progress effectively. Quality control and safety will be a top priority, where you will ensure that the construction project meets quality standards and safety regulations. Monitoring construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications, as well as adherence to health and safety policies and legislation, will be part of your responsibilities. Cost and budget management are also key aspects of your role. You will monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and adhere to budget constraints.
