Site Engineers

The Project Management position involves overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the project plan, specifications, and schedule. This includes managing the site, supervising contractors and subcontractors, and reporting project progress to the project manager. Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports, and technical documentation is essential, along with providing technical guidance to the construction team and resolving technical issues. Coordination and communication are key aspects of the role, involving liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, and stakeholders. Collaboration with the project manager, architects, and team members is crucial for maintaining clear communication channels and documenting project progress. Quality control and safety measures must be upheld to ensure the construction project meets quality standards and safety regulations, with monitoring of activities for compliance and adherence to health and safety policies and legislation. Cost and budget management are vital responsibilities, requiring the monitoring of project costs, identification of cost-saving opportunities, and adherence to budget constraints. Documentation is also a significant part of the role, involving the preparation of site reports, progress logging, and detailed documentation of all activities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on a day shift basis with the availability of a yearly bonus.
