Job Description

Role:

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

Supervision and execution of civil works including excavation, foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and external development.
Daily coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth and timely workflow.
Ensuring construction activities are executed as per approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Conducting layout work, site measurements, and marking as per architectural and structural plans.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), daily progress reports, labor deployment reports, and planning material requirements.
Monitoring concreting works, curing processes, formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing activities for quality compliance.
Implementing and monitoring site safety practices and quality control procedures.
Coordination with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services during construction stages.
Raising and tracking RFIs (Request for Information) for site-related clarifications and approvals.
Supporting the Quantity Surveyor in site measurement verification and contractor billing processes.
Assisting the Project Manager in maintaining project timelines and resolving technical/site-related issues.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and basic surveying instruments (Total Station, Level, Theodolite).
Familiarity with IS codes, standard construction practices, methodologies, and safety regulations.
