Job Description

Role:

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and structural drawings.
Conducting detailed quantity take-offs for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
Estimating construction costs during various stages of design and execution.
Preparation and evaluation of Rate Analysis and Cost Comparisons.
Involvement in contractor billing, subcontractor payments, and managing variation claims.
Verification of site measurements and reconciling contractor bills with actual site progress.
Preparation of monthly project cost reports, financial forecasts, and progress billing.
Experience in drafting contractual correspondence and handling claims, EOTs (Extension of Time), and disputes.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera, and CostX/CANDY (as applicable).
