Job Description:

Radiant Tech Resources is hiring Site Engineers to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in water treatment systems and be comfortable working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of STP, ETP, and RO systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during installation and operation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, site documentation, and technical records.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available for timely project completion.
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure system performance.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in water treatment plant installation (Freshers with knowledge can apply).
• Strong technical understanding of STP, ETP, and RO system operations.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, pumps, piping systems, and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Experience in fieldwork, site supervision, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
