Role: As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety measures. 2. Manage and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution. 3. Continuously monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. 4. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. 5. Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints to guide construction activities accurately. 6. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory authorities. 7. Maintain and submit accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and resource usage. 8. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. 9. Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and delays. 10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) or related field proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
