We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, with the ability to manage site execution, labor supervision, and quality control efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day execution of civil and PEB work at the site.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare daily work reports, progress tracking, and material management.
• Monitor labor performance and resolve on-site issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in civil and PEB construction projects.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
