Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Mumbai. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to structural engineering standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, managing on-site communication, and overseeing the implementation of design plans. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage MIVAN formwork activities, including shuttering, de-shuttering & alignment checks. Execute and monitor RCC works (slabs, beams, columns, retaining walls, etc.) on-site. Oversee Finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors & windows, external & internal finishes. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site progress. Ensure execution is as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material reconciliation. Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with safety norms at the site. Attend project meetings and coordinate with architects & consultants as required. Show more Show less
