SITE ENGINEER- PLUMBING

A plumbing supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with codes and regulations. They manage a team of plumbers, coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Coordination: Assigning tasks, scheduling work, and overseeing the performance of plumbing staff. Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and support to plumbers, especially on complex or challenging tasks. Project Management: Planning and coordinating plumbing projects, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring timely completion. Quality Control: Ensuring that all plumbing work meets required standards and codes, and conducting inspections. Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for the plumbing team. Resource Management: Overseeing the use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Training and Development: Mentoring and training junior plumbers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and costs incurred. Budget Management: Ensuring that plumbing projects stay within the allocated budget.
