Site Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist in supervising and monitoring MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B-Tech graduates eager to build their career in site engineering by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations and ensure work matches design drawings and safety standards.

· Perform daily site inspections to check work quality, progress, and compliance with safety rules.

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth work flow.

· Support site documentation, including preparation of reports and as-built drawings.

· Participate in safety briefings and help enforce safety protocols on site.

· Learn to read technical drawings, schedules, and project plans accurately.

· Help identify and resolve minor technical or site challenges under guidance.

Required Skills & Attributes:

· Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

· Eagerness to learn technical and site management skills.

· Commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,045.48 - ₹38,273.81 per month
