Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Works

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer – Interior Works to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering high-end interior projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to interior works (e.g., gypsum, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination).
  • Interpret interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure proper execution.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of workmanship, finishes, and materials used.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in material planning, ordering, and inventory tracking.
  • Resolve site issues and technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams for integrated interior solutions.
  • Ensure that the interior work is completed according to project schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant site experience in interior fit-out or finishing works.
  • Strong understanding of interior materials, finishing standards, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to interior work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
  • Familiarity with LEED or other green building standards (optional).
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
