Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor Intern with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to assist in on-site supervision, project coordination, and quality control. This role is ideal for freshers or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience in interior and construction project management. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring work progress Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project managers Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications Maintain site records, reports, and daily logs Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Assist in measurement, material estimation, and procurement coordination Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering (completed or final year) Basic knowledge of site work, materials, and construction techniques Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings Willingness to learn and work on active sites Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus Benefits Practical experience in real-time interior and architectural projects Exposure to both residential and commercial project execution Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance Share CV : 8788731618 (WhatsApp) Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3-6 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
