About the Role

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely completion of work.
Review and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical/site issues, and provide solutions in real-time.
Track material requirements, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of resources at the site.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Communicate effectively with management regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or related field.
10-15 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer handling interior fit-out projects.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and finishing works.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar software (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to travel and manage multiple project sites when required.
